THE RETRO KID TERMS AND CONDITIONS

**PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASE**

Please read these terms and conditions throughly.

If you do not agree to these terms I will not be able to provide you with the service or product

you have requested.

1. All materials or graphics contained on The Retro Kid website are copyrighted property unless specified otherwise.

2. Materials purchased from The Retro Kid can be used for your personal and or your personal commercial use.

3. When you purchase any graphic work, print work, and or website design the images are not yours. You are purchasing a license to use those graphics, or images.

4. Graphics may not bemodified, copied, distributed, transmited displayed,  reproduced, published, licensed, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, products or services obtained from the website without the written permission from TheRetroKid.com.

5. Client must  give all information needed to preform service in a timely manner. For creation of your purchase, I may need password info, user names, ect..

6. When the project is finished you will be given to opportunity to review your project, and you will be given a one time modification to your project. You will have 14 days to request the modification. This pertains to website EASY store design, logo design, auction templates, siggy tags. This does not include business cards and or hangtags. They are final after final sample has been approved. Changes cannot be made after they are sent to the printers.

7. At the finish of your project I will ask you to give final approval. That will serve as your acceptance as is of your product.

8. Website upgrades start at $50.00 but you must first contact The Retro Kid for a quote.

9. All sales are final due to the nature of the service or product.

10. The Retro Kid retains the right to use samples or screen shots, ect.. for my portfolio or advertising purposes, from your projects or services I create.
11. I am not responsible for terms or bound by terms by other websites that are linked to me. They have their own terms and I am not to be held responsible for those outside websites.

As the Client you assume absolute liability for any copyright violation, brought by any third party.
